Need motivators!

HI everyone!
My name is Jennifer and have recently realized that my weight is starting to get out of control. To most 150 lbs is close to an ideal weight, but for me who has always been very thin, it's just too much. I've tried dieting (not my cup of tea) and I pretty much hate working out. I'm just so unmotivated. Please motivate me to get off my butt and start working out and losing this "baby weight" which is what I lovingly call it, although my youngest is almost three years old now hahaha
