Me too! Very exciting.

Berries are good for a snack. Tea is really good too. You can drink it all day and there are so many varieties. Crystal light is my favorite. They even have varieties with fiber, 30 calories, so you feel fuller. Good luck! from one desk jockey to another.

The 140's are a dream for me, but someday... Great job!

Don't worry about people looking in. You can do it. It's hard when you travel. Be proud that you have been so good this week and keep it up. Great job.

Welcome! :flowerforyou:

Yeah, I know. It's just depressing. If I were there, I would rock. I want to quit my job, find a nanny for the kids and join a fat farm for 6 months.

Welcome. It think you're going to like it here. :flowerforyou:

I love the show for the first few weeks and then quickly somehow they are already thinner than me. It is just too depressing to watch.

Awesome.

WELCOME! :flowerforyou: I am the same way. Work a few weeks and then it all comes back. But not this time. And you are going to do it right this time too! This is a great site.

That is amazing. I bet you feel like a new person. :flowerforyou:

He'll definitely go for the increased libido. I'll try that angle too.

The class is from 7:30 to 8:30. So I would be gone from 7 - 9. Didn't sound like too much to ask. I think I was a bit shocked and disappointed at the response I got from him. 9:00 wouldn't be too late. Maybe that angle would work. Thanks,

It's funny that you mention that Russia1513, my husband is actually from Russia. Perhaps some of his attitudes stem from that cultural perspective. Thanks everyone. I will try again.

If you only eat raw, natural foods, they may be right. However, how many of us will follow that 100%? I personnally NEED to track. I was in denial about how and why I am overweight, I eat lots of natural and raw foods... and other things. Obviously, I have a problem with quantity, not the quality of the food I eat. My vote…
-
It is my understanding that it is best to go for the natural stuff. I would stay away from food that has been totally processed or has artificial ingredients in order to make it low fat or low sugar. I am always tempted by the weight watchers deserts (1 point) and other products like that, and then I think, what exactly is…

This is all very inspiring. Thank you!

I love it too. It is fun and really handy. Good for all levels of fitness.

It really depends which activities you do and how hard you do them.

I LOVE my wii fit. It can really get your heartrate up. I do about 25 minutes of the aerobics, 6 of the strength and/or yoga exercises, and then reward myself with a balance game or 2. Lots of fun. I also bought the Jillian Michaels Wii game. It is ok, sort of boring.

Still here...working hard or hardly working...can't decide. But it's been another successful week, so I need to stay with it.

 Some of the fat free stuff out there, I would rather not eat. I think the goal is not just to lose weight, but to learn moderation. So, in theory we should be able to eat anything, but in moderation. I usually go for lower fat, but not fat free options...light sour cream, 1% milk, but also include full fat options…

I'm up for the jumping jacks. I start with 5 and add 5 each day until I get to 50. Thanks for the challenge. Sometimes good ideas get lost in the threads.

:embarassed: A bit scared to weigh in tomorrow. I actually haven't done too badly this week, but we'll see.
-
:smooched: Good morning Blue team. This should be fun!
-
 I'd like to join. How does this work?

:flowerforyou: welcome

If it's not too late, I'd love to be your friend. Honestly, though, what is your secret? Surely it cannot be diet and exercise. If it is, then that would mean that I will have to give up my excuses and buckle down. If it's not, well, please let me in on it.
