i didnt like my lunch...

i brought one of those microwaveable cups of select harvest 98% fat free clam chowder and....
i wouldnt recommend it!
its sooo grainy-like sand.
and the clams are too chewy
the the broth is watery
and now that im 75% done..its like..separating. it looks like its gone bad.

now that im throwing it away i've only consumered 165 of the 300 calories i set aside for lunch
what should i have now?

    Ugh the healthy clam chowders are nasty!! DH bought me a bunch of them once to be nice and I can't eat any of them, they are so gross! I'd rather eat the not healthy one and work off the calories than gag down one of the low fat ones. Blech!

    Apple with low fat PB...always my fall back. Will keep you full too.

    I agree with apple and pb. healthy and it contains fat and protein to keep you full.
