i didnt like my lunch...

i brought one of those microwaveable cups of select harvest 98% fat free clam chowder and....
i wouldnt recommend it!
its sooo grainy-like sand.
and the clams are too chewy
the the broth is watery
and now that im 75% done..its like..separating. it looks like its gone bad.

now that im throwing it away i've only consumered 165 of the 300 calories i set aside for lunch
what should i have now?

  • Ugh the healthy clam chowders are nasty!! DH bought me a bunch of them once to be nice and I can't eat any of them, they are so gross! I'd rather eat the not healthy one and work off the calories than gag down one of the low fat ones. Blech!

    I usually eat an apple or some carrots if I have extra calories left.

    Apple with low fat PB...always my fall back. Will keep you full too.

    I agree with apple and pb. healthy and it contains fat and protein to keep you full.
