Hey, I hope this helps I started with MFP estimate of 1200 and ate my exercise calories. i lost 3 kgs (6.6lb) with that and some exercise. but i was almost always irritated and a bit hungry so i upped my calories to 1620 my BMR is 1430. I am 5'5 and 152 pound (10 St 11) and measure as 31.5 waist, 35 Tummy, 40 hips and 33 as UB. I am quite sure the only one to really go is my Tummy and waist. I am quite sure u r telling the :drinker:

Workouts ar 27 minutes if you count in the warmup and cool down... I did them from You Tube and would suggest you do the same. Hey, I have been loosing weight consistently when I workout. I didnot workout for a month in between but took care of my diet (a bit) I did not loose anything but neither did I gain. I do C25K in the morning it wakes me up and am now sad if i miss one day. I do 30 DS (today's the last day I will start Tapout soon) after i come home from work i try to walk during lunch and am usually fine. i dont think you'd have any proble unless you skip rest which i feel can be a leisure walk if not working out makes…
