Extremely Healthy Pancakes

Options
> 1 Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
> 1/2 Cup Oats
> 4 Eggs (Or just egg whites)
> 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions: Take all ingredients and combine in blender. Blend until oats are no more.
Pour mixture into frying pan and cook like pancakes. Should make 3 large pancakes.

Carbs ~36g
Fat ~27g
Protein ~61g

The taste is similar to non-flavored oatmeal. If you can't stand it then I recommend improvising with
fruit or yogurt. I usually slice up a banana and eat a slice with each bite I take. I have also tried spreading
low-fat greek yogurt on top and it was pretty good. This may seem very high in calories to some people
based on their daily allowed amount, however, remember that breakfast is the keystone to the entire day
and should be the largest meal of the day by far. :smile:

    too bad i don't eat eggs... mabybe i'll start sometime ... who knows
