With 8 weeks left to be on stage with a bikini (for a pageant, but still want to look lean...) Will iifym with cheat meals work fine or not as effective as iifym with clean foods? So I have a friend highly suggesting to follow 50P/25C/25F approach to really shed fat, but that would be like 180-225g of protein. Is it really that necessary? If I weigh 155lb,woman, 25%BF? Is p90x relevant today?
p90x3 said they put a lot more time in developing the x3 program and nutrition plan than they did of p90x and p90x2 combined. So does that mean the p90x meal plan is still relevant today? Like does it still work despite new science stuff? Like is 20% fat too low? Low carb, More than 1g/pound protein not needed?
