Cycling? Beachbody?

Hi!
I am on the cycling team and will be doing 2-3 cycling workouts a week (mountain biking).
Do you recommend I supplement this with t25 or p90x3?

    I do not bike ride, but I would imagine it makes little difference what other exercise program you choose to do as long as you enjoy it. It's all about what you like to do. :)

    Both programs are awesome and will bring you muscle tone and results.

    P90X3 (better yet, P90X2 if you can get your hands on it).

    Get your resistance training in and the X programs were designed as sports performance programs- which will enhance your cycling and reduce chance of injury.
