Hey! Are there any tips in staying consistent in clean eating (weight loss too) when there are so many graduation and birthday parties like everyday for the next month?

Plan plan plan plan. If you know you have a party where you're going to eat a little more, plan for it. Budget your other meals to fit it in to your daily goals.1

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise. You can earn back a lot of calories to eat. Just walking will do it.1
