Any tips in trying to stay consistent when there is like a graduation party coming up everyday and a bunch of birthdays for the next month?

For me, it's about being consistent on the non-party days/hours. Yes there may be days where I enjoy myself and eat a bit too much, but as long as I am on-track every other time, it will all smooth out in the end.

Rather than "falling off the horse", just "dismount" and have a break - it's "getting back on the horse" that's important!

I agree with Kate on staying strong on regular days. And go to your parties with "moderation" on your brain. Know your going to have a piece of cake and be okay with it. Then when you go to get it make it the smallest piece. Plus after eating good you won't need as big of a piece to satisfy your taste.
