Turning a basic bowl of cereal into a bit of a dessert: Is this dumb or clever?
I put a few tablespoons of Cranberry Almond Cereal (220 calories per cup without milk) into a bowl, poured some flavored seltzer on it then sprayed some Reddi-Wip on top of it. OMG, I nearly blew my daily goal by just drinking some whole milk without thinking about it too much
320 calories worth of milk in what seemed like just a few sips! I guess that's part of the value of logging stuff is you learn how easy it is to consume more than one thinks!

My main "mistakes" when I'm not monitoring with MFP...
Seems like I "inhale" a candy bar or a bunch of pasta or bread and it doesn't *seem* like I'm eating all that much but, omg, it is easy for me to eat a *ton* of extra calories that way. What are your "errors" in eating, where you are doing things and not really clear how much you are actually taking in?
