Net carbs low total carbs high
I track my net carbs but it’s hard to not notice my total carbs are crazy high. I was wondering if it’s ok that my net carbs 12g but then my total carbs were 72g! Will that kick me out of ketosis agin I’m watching my net.

I was reading an article that pomegranates seeds are ok to on keto. Just don’t drink the juice from the stores bc of all the added sugars what r ur thoughts on incorporating the seeds into a keto diet?

Fitness pal app problems
As anyone else having problems with the app? It works fine for a while then after a few days it changes my calories and macros. So I change them back and again works fine for a few days and then does the same thing. Anyone else having same problems

have been tracking my macros for keto and I’m usually a little over my carbs but today I really feel like a failure. Sets per exercise
When doing exercises with weights. Is there a difference if i do all the sets for 1 exercises then on to the another exercise do all sets for that one or should I do 1 set per exercise then a different exercise 1 set for that one. ? Any suggestions

Full body workout...reps? Heavy or light weight?
I decided I want to do a full body workouts 3x a week and do cardio the other days except for Sunday(rest) my goal is to lose about 10-15 lbs of fat and gain lean muscle. My question is how long should my strength workouts be? And would I want to do lots of reps with light weights OR heavy weights with few reps?
