HELP with Jillian Michaels dvds

I was wondering if anyone could help me get a workout schedule using these Jillian Michaels dvds. Here is what I have
Extreme shed & shred
10 min body transformation
30 day shred
Hard body
Kickboxing fast fix
No more trouble zones
Killer abs
6 week six pack
Killer buns and thighs
Killer arms and back
Killer body
Killer cardio
Yoga inferno
12 dvd body shred
I get bored easily and need a workout schedule I need to tone and burn calories every where. Thanks for any info.

    You have quite a few videos there, so if it were me, if so something like
    M: lower body
    T: Upper body+abs
    W: cardio
    T: L
    F: U+A
    S: Cardio
    S: Rest

    Or whatever. I believe there are workouts created with many of her videos available online, but it shouldn’t be too hard to tailor something to your needs.

    I love 30 day shred! Used it after i had 4th kid. Part one was too easy so I went to 2.
    I always get results with this!
    5th in 2016 on back to 30 day shred!

    @TravistockToad obviously not those DVDs I’ve went on 2 vacations and been running/jogging, bicycle, volleyball. But want to get back into my dvds plus I have other dvds. Yes I have fallen off the wagon and need to get back on. It’s hard but I know I can do it need to motivate myself to
