When doing exercises with weights. Is there a difference if i do all the sets for 1 exercises then on to the another exercise do all sets for that one or should I do 1 set per exercise then a different exercise 1 set for that one. ? Any suggestions

Yes, there are differences, but explaining them would take too long and probably bore you. It's usually best to follow a program exactly as written. Which program are you on?3

            12 of each the 1st 2 weeks
 2x12 weeks 3 and 4
 3x12 afterwards
All of 1 exercise at a time
Weeks 2 and 4 go to failure so you can go up in sets the following week.1

 ^^^This
Depending on which program you choose per your goals (some are more detailed than others) a good program will have sets/reps per set/progression/rest days/ etc all built in. It's important to get the right balance of muscles worked, how many times per muscle group per week and so on.
