Steps counted by your Fitness tracker burn calories?
Does the steps counted by a fitness tracker burn calories? I place my activity level at Sedentary and log my exercise up and every steps we take burn aproximately 20 cals per step for an average person the heavier you are the more you burn. Do i need to log the calorie burn by my daily step taken by the Fitness tracker?

Does anybody here know's the basic equation in finding the Heart Rate Based Caloric Expenditure in exercises/workout? I can't find a actual formula in web but online calculator does but my one only problem in online calculator is how can I calculate if I doesn't have any internet access one day.

60% of exercise calories eaten back
