Does eating at night cause weight gain? Example i eat my dinner for tonight and i sleep 2 hours after my dinner and it does not past 3 hours up so it will be more digest.

Only if you eat in a surplus for the day. Your digestive system doesn't stop working when you go to sleep.

What time of day you eat doesn't matter; what matters is what you eat, and how much.

No it doesn't - eating too much (at any time of the day or night, causes weight gain).

I regularly have a 500 cal snack right before bed with no weight gain issues whatsoever, because I make it fit into my allotted calories.
