Calorie Given By MFP to any exercise

Many MFP users here said that only eat back some of portions of your exercise calories given by MFP, so does it mean that MFP calculation is not accurate as what we should expect? Based on my experiences, Sometimes i'm also doubting to MFP calorie burn calculation because it was too high to what i feel, Example MFP given me 500 calorie burn from my exercise but im not that exhausted or tired and thats the time im doubting to MFP calorie burn calculations. Does anyone here can share some experiences and help so i can do some adjustments thanks

I dunno, I'm pretty sure some of the calories MFP states are too high for certain activities. I don't prefer to eat my calories back at all because I want to stay at a constant deficit. Lots of people may disagree though. I have yet to do any actual research to know if it matters or not.0

I eat all my exercise cals back, it's never stopped me losing weight.0 -
