Adjust Activity Level?

I set my own activity level at Sedentary and i log my exercise calories to add on on my daily calories, but for tommorow i will spend an hour walking around at the mall should i adjust my activity level at Lightly Active? Thanks for answers

If you do additional movement on just a few days, it would be easier to add an exercise activity, such as "Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace" to your Exercise Diary. That will slightly increase your Calorie and macro goals for that day. You will also have a record of that purposeful exercise.
