Loss in track for a while

What do you do if you loss on counting some calories for a while like eating a bite of every many different chips and i dont know how to log them all! Because they are all different and every of them got a different calorie content. Thanks

I usually just do a generic "quick add calories" and round up to a number that I feel is close, but still an over estimation (just in case).0

Try to guesstimate as best you can, over estimating is the better option.0
