how did i GAIN body fat?!?!
I have a scale that measures body fat and when I started my journey a month ago, I was 33% body fat.. well, since ive started, ive lost close to 9 pounds and this morning the scale read 39%... HOW?! I'm eating wayyyy less, and WAY healthier, and rarely go over my fat..

So last year I bought two of the EXACT same pairs of shorts, same size, style.. the only thing different was their Colorado. Both size 16. So how come one pair is way too tight, the other is loose?! Doesn't make sense to me

stomach bug
Sooooo all week ive weighed 188, then at 2am Friday morning, the stomach bug hits me. I threw up once, and then some.. anyway, I didn't eat all day yesterday only drank Gatorade. I weighed myself this morning and weigh 182. Now, I know its obviously not a healthy loss, but isthere a way to "keep it off"??

This is my third week on MFP. I don't know if this is a pattern or what, but I keep getting stuck every week; week except for est week I was 189 ALL week except for Saturday and Saturday I dropped to 187. skipping a day
So I finished my second day of 30 DS level 1 last night, today I was just too busy after work and now its too late.. is it OK to skip one day during the week?? I know many people take Sundays off, but I don't want this to effect my results

30 DS is concerning me
I'm on day 2 level 1, I'm not even that sore (I sweat a lot and struggle to finish) and have little hope that at 187 lbs I will look any different when done.. I have a big gut, huge muffin top, and I'm nervous all this hard work isn't going to pay off.. hell me!!

I finished 15 minutes ago, and I'm STILL shaking.. please tell me it gets easier.. I wanted to DIE.. sad part is that I had the toughest time with jumping jacks and butt kicks. My biceps kill right now and I'm prepared to wake up tomorrow morning in pain.

any suggestions? I wanted to try ensure high protein, but I don't know how it tastes.. I usually drink special k protein shakes but with 190 calories and only 10 g of protein, it seems like a waste.now. help!! I really need a good shake that doesn't put my belly in a funk due to lots of minerals!

So I want to START 30DS but am not able to get the weights to do it today, would it be stupid of me to do a set with no dumbbells??? I realize id be getting no strength training, but want to work out at home today.

Ive posted a few threads complaining about being stuck at 189.2 ALL week. Guess what?? This morning, my official weigh in day, showed 187.4!!! I now only have 6 more pounds until my 10 lb mark!! Thanks for all your help!
