stomach bug

Sooooo all week ive weighed 188, then at 2am Friday morning, the stomach bug hits me. I threw up once, and then some.. anyway, I didn't eat all day yesterday only drank Gatorade. I weighed myself this morning and weigh 182. Now, I know its obviously not a healthy loss, but isthere a way to "keep it off"??

No, and please don't try to! Your body is dehydrated and empty from the illness. When you are able to drink and eat normally, it will balance out again. Chances are you will still see a net loss, but probably not as large as it is right now. Hope you are feeling better soon.0

I'm going to go back to eating my normal foods once I feel better, but I just wasn't sure if id gain it all back.. that's all. Wanted to be able to just keep what I lost off.. ive been keeping up on fluids..0

I caught this a couple weeks ago. Dehydrated weight loss isnt permanent and you really don't want it to be. Your body needs even more water now. Drink, drink, drink.0

Ive been drinking lots of Gatorade to replenish lost electrolytes0
