I weighed in at 187 from 189 last week, had a super busy weekend (grandmas 80th birthday party) but did not go over my means at all.. I stayed controlled! I started 30 day shred last night, and had a Luna bar for dinner due to a late lunch. Why am I back up to 189 now?! I feel awful.. I don't get it?? I'm doing the very best I can do, adding exercise and my weight went up after only one day of adding it?!

  • You aren't eating enough food, dear. Your body needs FUEL. It looks like you were eating well, now the past 2 days you've been 600 and 300 calories under your goal. AND you've added an intense exercise routing. You need to eat MORE when you exercise, not less. Your body is probably freaking out and hanging onto all it can to help you recover from the workout.
  • I was under 300 today because the day isn't over yet, and was under yesterday because I didn't know how to count the catered food at the party

    Lose the scale!!

    I don't weigh every week, only about once a month. I hate the scale. I measure. It is so much more encouraging. I see inches lost long before I see lbs lost. Don't give up, concentrate on eating healthier and forget the scale!
