Used to drink Special K ones, but 10g of protein for 190 calories just isn't worth it anymore. Ive never tried any other kinds, so please help!

I've only ever tried one kind of protein shake, so this might not be worth much, but I use CVS whey protein powder (chocolate) + skim milk, and I think it's delicious-- very chocolatey. The powder is 140 cal, 25 g protein + 8 oz. milk = 230 cal, 34 g protein. (You can also mix with water, if you want, but I've never tried it that way, so I can't vouch for the taste).0

I get the Body fortress chocolate whey protein from walmart, good quality and I like the taste. I mix 1 scoop with 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk.0

I can tell you what NOT to get and that is the Jillian Michaels Triple Chocolate Whey powder. It is NOT tasty. I have to banana and peanut butter it up just to get it down!0

My favorite too. Buy this and a blender bottle and you are set0 -
For ready-made, I like EAS Carb Control - easy to find and not too pricey at Sam's Club. I keep some on hand to grab quickly.
Generally, I make my own with almond milk, a shot of sugar-free DaVinci syrup, chia seeds and either a few frozen strawberries or a dollop of almond butter. I've tried Optimum Nutrition and Muscle Pharm from bodybuilding.com and liked both.0 -
I use whey protein, mix it with water or skim milk, and sometimes add a serving of fruit (1/2 banana, 1C blueberries or strawberries) and a tablespoon of walnuts for a yummy nourishing treat.0

I use MrM natural whey, 87 calories for 18g protein. I add this to unsweetened vanilla almond milk, half a banana, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of another type of fruit and sometimes half a container of yogurt. Yes, it is 300 calories which is a bit high for a snack, but it makes an amazing breakfast.0
