Increasing weight question
I am on week 4 cycle 1. When I started, the heaviest dumbbells I had were 26lbs. So I use them for my SLDL and calf raises (feels very light) and 15lbs dumbbells for Bulgarian split squats. Another Question about All Pro
I am doing week 3 of cycle 1 with dumbbells. My DBs go in 5lbs increments and 10lbs total weight increments. So I use the same weight every day of the week as opposed to 10% less 2nd day and 20% less 3rd day. Is that ok?

Lifting before bedtime
I started last week, so I'm fairly new :) . Is it ok to lift right before bedtime and then to not eat or drink anything except water? I do eat enough during the day and my protein consumption is around 125-130g/day (I'm 5'10", 183lbs and 32-35% bodyfat)
