I started c25k February 1st after seeing some success stories of people being able to run 5k after completing this program.
I thought I will be able to run more then 60 seconds. It took me 7 weeks (March 23) to complete the 9 weeks c25k.
Today I ran 5 miles (8k), slow, but I did it pushing my 20 months old in his chariot. I am so proud :)

Edited to add: The topic should say "I ran 5 miles today!!" sorry

Please excuse my mistake, English is my third language and I was too happy to think about grammar.
Now, thanks to you, I don't feel as good anymore, thanks :ohwell:

    Thank you all!
Most of the times I was pushing my son, sometimes when he wasn't in the mood, I went alone
