Just wondering...Im doing my 2nd go at Insanity and Shaun T. is always saying "keep your core tight" so i do my best..when im not thinking im going to fall on the floor :P ...but even with everyday activity...should i keep my core tight? would it help?

Just wondering if I have ALL day to workout and I have a few workouts to do should I do them all together (one after the other) or seperate within the day? I guess it would be what would burn more cals. I do Ripped in 30, Jog, Stairs and Billy Blanks 8 min. workout. Also if its not raining I walk my 2 dogs.

New to all the keeping track of what I eat, cals, carbs, fats, sugars, and salts. I over ate today and not the good foods, however I did do my daily workout and jog that I do every day (besides my 1 day break a week) will this cause me to gain weight "over night" and interrupt my weekly scale #??

Can't lose the lbs
I cant seem to lose any weight lately....i workout every day (with 1 day break) i DONT eat junk food (pop, chips, bars, processed foods) and watch what i eat...i moderate my food...i drink LOTS of water...what am i doing wrong?
