what to do?

Hello!! So ive give up on working out durring my summer...due to working CRAZY shifts and well to many bbqs and drinks!! So the weather is changing and id figure id go back at what i like to do!! BUT ive tried and done so many workouts that i have NO IDEA what workout to do...i did gain some lbs durring my break and i want to lose that, however i want to tone and lose more then what i gained because well i wasnt truely finished loseing lbs before i took my break.....HELP!! :)
