To take a break day or not?

Hey!! I'm doing JM's Ripped in 30 (and she does suggest to workout 5-6 days a week) also because the weather has been horrible ive been jogging for 10 min. up and down my stairs, aswell as BB's 8 min tae bo workout, everyday and today is my 7th day.
Should i take the 7th days to be my breaks?
I do JM in the afternoon and then after dinner i do BB's & my stair jog.

    Make day 7 your total body stretch day, yoga day or pilates day. Keep that body flexible!

    Got to have at least one rest day! Make sure you are not doing too much too quick and injury yourself too.

    Yes you should take a break. Your body needs time to recuperate and rest. Also working out every single day can become too monotonous and boring and may cause you to want to stop altogether. Let your self relax at least one day a week. I usually give myself two days during the week.

    Thanks!, Yeah my body feels fine, feels great, im so happy when i workout and the next day i feel even better! But i think i need atleast a 1 day break a week.

    Dancing is a good work out and alwasy fun!!! so on your day off, or any time JUST DANCE!!!
