HELP!?

So, eating within my cals, eating healthy foods, not over eating, exercising with 1 rest day, water water water! (JM Body revolution & 20-25 min on stationary bike) and not 1 lb or 1 " lost in 2 weeks....too soon for results?

I lost 28lbs by last summer 2012 and over the fall gained 20 of them back, now trying to get back to my previous weight and size and im having BIG issues.

Anyone help? Or just keep doing what im doing and pray something comes off.

    How much are you eating - are you eating your exercise calories back?

    What are your stats - height and weight?

    If you lost them and put them back on you might want to lose them slower this time, sometimes losing weight too fast messes up your body and makes it harder to maintain the weight. Of course it could just be you ate too much over the fall :wink:

  • I was 200 last month, today I am 179. I have used this app in my iPhone and follow my calories carefully. besides I bought a product from Sam's Club, it is called Total Soy, it is a meal replacement and I go to the Y at least 2 times a week for 20 min of bicycle. I hope you can get to your goals. I still have 10 more to achieve.
