Just wondering....

Hey everyone!!

Just wondering what a few of your routines for weight loss/ healthier you are.

Home workouts, with minimal equipment (weight bench, up to 80lbs weights, dumbbells, skipping rope, tone bands, exercise ball.

Reasons for asking, im sick of the same old routine and not getting anywhere (mind you I do eat healthy) just I want to lose the bludge and tone up.

And wondering if anyone is doing the same, or has done it, without going to a gym or having a trainer. :)

Serious answers only, im tired of the "duh comments" (I know it don't come fast, ive lost the weight before, but for some reason what ive done before isn't working for me now)
