Love Walking so why not!

Steel Cut Oats -- Weighing
I had this all weighed out before but for some reason I forget. The oats I am using says Per 1/4 cup (40g) is 150 calories the prep instructions says for 4 servings 4 1/2 cups of water 1 cup oats So does that mean 40g's cooked is 150 calories? Seems high as if I remember correctly oatmeal is usually pretty low cal.

Do you drink it? I HATE flat water, I hate the feeling...if there is no taste (I like the nestea iced tea singles) in it then I prefer carbonation. I just bought some the last couple days and I think it is actually making me feel fuller....Not sure if that is possible?
