I've noticed recently when exercising, for say over an hour, I've started to get identical pains to menstruation cramps in the same place, well actually when exercising it's usually on the left hand side, during menstruation it's usually on the right hand side. Does anyone else experience this? When it is my time I usually…

High Heels
I was wondering if anyone else was similar. I'm 5'10" so not super tall but I find it hard to walk in high heels, part of it is the actual fear of falling over at such a height makes me a bit rigid. I know it sounds daft but I was wondering if anyone else feels similar? and how many of you actually wear heels.

Please scare me
I couldn't think of a better subject title but I've recently become disillusioned with horror films, every time one comes out that promises to be scary I want to watch it, then I hear other people say it's scary, it will make you jump so I watch it and nothing and on top of that most of the films are disappointing as well.…

Is anyone else addicted to The Sims games?
but feels a deep sense of shame at the same time? I rarely admit it in public so I wonder how many other closeted simmers there are, seen as though the latest Sims 3 expansion has just come out. Whenever I play I always resent how easy it is to lose weight and make money it is.

Bored - Let me see photos of your room/collections
I'm rather bored at the moment, I have been at home since December recovering. So let me see your photos, of your room, collections. I say room even though I'm 30 as I'm back at home living with my parents trying to save money so I'm back in my old bedroom...and the spare room. Most of my stuff is packed away at the…

80's/90's Made for TV Horror
I have a bit of a soft spot for 80's/90's Made for TV or at least that quality/feel horror. Anyone else? I know that what I'm mentioned wasn't really made for TV but I think these films were straight to video in the UK and so have that feel. I love "Quicksilver Highway" but it's that poor quality that makes me feel warm…

Fitness TV
I was wondering if anyone else has caught Fitness TV (282) on sky? I only came across it in January but it has some good workouts, they repeat a lot of stuff so I don't always keep up with what's on but they are showing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 starting this week. I would recommend their wake-up workouts which are…

Name the thirtieth dvd in your collection
The thirtieth dvd in your shelf of dvds, disregard any that have been taken out to watch, loan, etc. Number is kind of random, I chose it because I'm 30 next week but also because I wanted to started with a low number as I didn't know how many people have 100+ dvds. In my case it's a dvd called Ghostwatch which was a BBC…

What was the last film you watched?
Doesn't matter if it was rented, watched online, TV, your own dvd/video/laser disc or even at the cinema. For me I watched two last night that I had recorded. "Super" and "Hound of the Baskervilles" the 1959 version with Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee.

Are there any out there? I do think Jonathan Creek is one of the most amazing series there has been and I hate the BBC for not producing more. Plus I have a huge crush on Alan Davies. I would recommend it to everyone.

If you could change one thing by summer
what would it be? I know everyone is working hard towards their goals, and we can't just fix one thing but I'm wondering if you could change one thing about your body by summer what would it be? For me I wish my legs were a lot slimmer, my thighs are okay but I would like slimmer calves then may be I would spend the summer…

PC Tycoon/Sim games
Hello, I'm addicted to these types of games and need a fix. I'm sure I've explored all avenues of tycoon/sim games but I want some new ones. I've just started playing "Cities in Motion" but I want some more, apart from the guilty pleasure of all sims series my favourites have been Roller Coaster Tycoon (1-3), Sim City…

Have you ever dreamt about someone you know as a friend and
Have you ever dreamed about someone you would never think about in that way and woke up attracted to them? and continued to feel that attraction? Of course I mean an "intimate" dream. Or have you dreams changed the way you just thought about someone in general. This is how I developed my crush on Alan Davies, too much…

Is all this exercise pointless?
I don't think so but someone said this to me. Let me explain the situation. I had a procedure in hospital in December and at the moment I'm still off work recovering. I still have pain in my kidney but the doctor has said it's fine to exercise and has encouraged it, and is well pretty impressed by the amount I'm doing. I'm…

Film Marathon
Okay, this is a bit of a fun question. On Sunday I will be having a film marathon session, at least 18 hours - mainly horror, some tv shows will also be watched. I will drag my mattress downstairs and will be basically eating junk (all within my calories and will be exercising beforehand). Anyway I've started planning what…

Advice on the intensity
I ordered this a couple of weeks ago but I haven't started it. I'm off work at the moment recovering from a hospital treatment (I had a large benign tumour embolised in my right kidney) it's still painful and I have problems stretching, yoga. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't start this next week but I'm wondering how intense…

Vegetarian and trying to lose weight
I'm being greedy, I have plenty of very good motivational friends on here but I'm hoping to find some more vegetarian or vegan friends that are trying to lose weight. I've been a vegetarian for over ten years, but I put on weight so easily from eating anything "carb-y" so I have to really watch my diet - which I lapsed…

Low impact exercise inspiration please!
I'm currently stuck at home recovering from having a large but benign tumour in my kidney embolised. At the moment I'm suppose to be slowly getting myself more active, and my doctor has encouraged exercise. I've been doing a few bits here and there but I'm looking for inspiration. I usually do weights but am having issues…

Cross trainer/bike in 1 vs. recumbent bike, advice needed
Looking for some advice. This morning I broke my cross trainer which I've had and have been using for years. I like using the cross trainer but can't use it for long periods of time, I've always wanted a bike as well but would have preferred a recumbent bike. I now wish to replace the old cross trainer. I have found both a…

Allergic to fruit?
Now this isn't an excuse, I love fruit and won't be stopping eating it but recently I've been noticing swelling on my lips after eating certain fruit, usually tomatoes, melon, pineapple. Is this something I should be concerned with, i.e. will it get worse? does anyone else experience this?

Looking for buddies, who like myself, struggle...
Although anyone that can motivate me, be someone to chat to, advice, help. I really struggle with my weight although I don't eat terribly, and I do walk everywhere, it just won't shift which is frustrating! I have been working on my diet and have made changes. I know everyone else says this, and I'm really not making…
