Delicious Black Beans!
2 cans of reduced sodium black beans. 1 packet of taco seasoning 1 cup of water 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes. 1 bay leaf Rinse and drain black beans. Combine all the ingredients and simmer until no longer liquidy! So good and a little spicy. Serve with grilled chicken, whole wheat torillas and brown rice.

Hi, I wanted to know if any girls who are 100 lbs overweight if they have a period? I got mine when I was like 11 and a half and it was pretty regular but when I got to 14-15, it became very unregular. I am now 19 and since I was 16, I only got my period like once a year.
