    Up until the last 1-2yrs I've stayed around 140. So that is where I plan to get back to. I have always had a smsll frame and besides the effect being 181 lbs has had on my confidence, I don't enjoy thing like I use to. Things like playing with my son at the park, going to karate without hurting and being winded, or even going dancing with my friends. I hope we all reach our goals and have healthier lives because of it.

    I'm 155 right now and wanna be in the 140's but now I'm more focused on reducing BF% I'm somewhere between 25 and 23% right now and want to be about 20%, going for a 28 in waist too, I'm 29 ish now, and I'd like 27 or 28

    Reached my first goal of 145. Ultimate goal is 135 but right now not focusing on the scale more less trying to lower my body fat %.

    I would love a 28" waist. I've been stuck at 29.5" for weeks.

    Weight-wise, I like to be 130-140lbs.
    120lbs was too skinny, and 144lbs was too chubby.
    But when it comes down to it, I go more by how I look since muscle/fat weighs differently.

    I'm 141lbs and would like to get to 135-130lb. More focused on decreasing my body fat percentage though from 20.8% to 18% or less.

    I want to go into maintenance when I reach 125-130 lbs. I am currently 138 lbs and running long distances and lifting some, but I'm getting a gym membership soon so I can lift more heavily and tone up a lot.

    I'm 5ft 6in and 152lbs. I want to get to 140lbs but toned also. I always struggle to lose weight on my butt and lose off my chest first. I'm going to try weight lifting with a little cardiovascular to see whether it helps with my shape.
