I'm 5'6'' and i'm aiming for 80kg / 175lbs. I have no concept of what that will be like, so i'm going to get to that point and re-evaluate. I think i'm aiming to be a UK 12 / 14 (desperate not to loose any more boob than I already have), but since i've not worn that size my entire adult life I have no idea of how that will look / feel, so it's fluid.0

Oh my gosh this made me laugh. I am afraid if I get below 150 they will disappear. I didn't have any till I had kids. LOL
I have two kids and I still have none, no fair.. so all my extra weight really is just fat waah , two fried eggs don't weigh much haaha0 -

Wow - the weight is all over the place on this blog. Shows you that everyBODy really is different. I am like so many of you trying to focus more on body fat % then the scale, but tough not to get wrapped up in the number on the scale. I love lifting weights and don't want to gove that up at the same time feeling stuck with the yo-yo with the numbers on the scale. I try to track food every day and make sure protein levels are high enough. I would love to be 150, strong, defined with BF% around 200

My ideal weight would be 135 but I am shooting for 145-150 at this time.0

I would like to be 150-155. I'm 5'7and weigh 169 lbs wearing a size 10. I would like to be a size 6 to 8.0

I am 5'7" and 178 right now. I would like to be around 150-155 but I haven't been that small since my teens so I will see when I get there. I wanted to be a size 10 and I am now wearing some 9s, 10s and 12s depending on the brands. I want to comfortably fit in 10s in any brand so I have a few more inches to lose at least!0

Genetically I have a large frame and can carry a good amount of weight very well. I'm not sure where I want to end up but first goal is to weigh 200lbs after that I'll play it by ear and continue to lose until I feel I look the way I want to0

My first goal is 203, hoping to hit that in time for my wedding. Will have some time off, and plenty of cake, on my honeymoon then reassess and firm a new goal for the next 6 months.0

I'm guessing I'm more around 5'7. Back in 09 I was 5'6. I really don't know how much I want to lose. All I know is I want to LOSE until I feel I look good naked. Lol. I'd like to be anywhere between 130 and 160. But we'll see as I lose along the way.0

5'6" and skimming the topic I guess my goal is low with about 128-130... I am currently at 137'ish and I don't mind losing boobs, but the belly still has to go... I think 140+ is way too big for my frame0
