Because I started off so big My goal is 170. My doc agreed only due to the fact they are already telling me I will have about 15 pounds of skin to remove (glamourous I know) I want to be in excellent body fat % and by the end of the year bench press more than what I weighed when I started (330lbs)
I would like to see the 140's but 170 is my ultimate goal and I will go lower after the skin removal.0 -
I'm 5'6 and currently at 188. My goal is 130, although I'm aware that the final 20lb or so will be quite difficult to lose. I'm mid 30s now but back in my 20s, my weight was about 120 give or take (I was a keen swimmer and dancer back then).0

165 puts me in a size 10 very comfortably. I can live with that0

I'm 5'6 and did lose weight a couple years ago while working at Dairy queen, yes, Dairy Queen. I work at the one in Gettysburg, PA and the summers run you ragged because of the tourists. I went from 190 to 147 within 2 years (losing about 25 lbs or so each summer, I focused on maintaining the weight during school), which was awesome! Then with the stresses of college and unhealthy food choices, I gained all of the weight back, plus some. I am hoping that in this round I can get back down to 147 and STAY that way...or even go lower than that! However, I'd be happy to just see 160 again.0

I'm 5'6 on maintenance at 123lbs. My BF% is about 18-19% so I'm really just training for my 5k and trying to eat enough.0

130 to 120 is my ultimate goal weight. It may sound too skinny, but I will not being doing it unhealthy-ly.0

The number I have in my head is around 140-145, but I don't really know until I get closer. Since muscle weighs less than fat, I'm more concerned about how toned I am when I get there than I am about the number on the scale.0

I'm 5"7.
In my late 20's I managed to get to 64kgs (141lbs) but couldn't maintain it.
Now I'm in my mid 30's my aim is around 75kgs (165lbs)0 -
140.
I got there before my wedding, then spent the last 7 months going mad, honeymoon, moving country etc. So now I'm around 150. I can see the extra in belly flab so I'd like to lose it again.
After that, lowering my BF% which is quite high, and just getting fitter.0 -
I'm 5'8 (lol sorry) I'm going for 75kg or about 165lb which means i still need to lose about 72lb (33kg)0

I'm 5ft 7 and my goal is 160lb.
I have 2 sisters who are the same height as I and they weigh about 135-140lb and look healthy slim. I cannot even remember being 140lb in my adult years so I will first see how 160lb feels.:flowerforyou:0 -

165 for an initial goal. I haven't weighed that in 20 years. Once I get there, I will reevaluate.0
