    I'm 5' 6 & 3/4s" tall and my goal (for now) is simply to get to 180. My lowest healthy weight (before kids and thyroidectomy) was 145 lbs. I was happiest at 160 lbs. :smile:
  • I'm 5'7 & 3/4" My current weight is 161. My goal weight is 135. Four years ago I quit smoking cigarettes and started snacking. I've put on almost 40 lbs since then.

    I'm 5'6 1/2...and I am at my goal weight 54kg (119 lbs). I am trying to enter maintenance now...I have to keep increasing my calories as I seem to be having a little trouble turning the weight loss off now. It will even out soon I hope.

    I must add that I am very finely boned and small framed and my doc suggested 53-55kg would be right for me even though it is at the lower end of my healthy BMI.

    I'm 5' 6.5 inches, medium build, and my goal weight is 145-147lbs. I was 147lbs 2 years ago, with a 28" waist and I loved it, I felt so confident. Current weight is 160. I can't wait till I get into the 150's! Definitely by the end of this week! :) Good luck everyone.

    At 5'6" and medium frame with pear shape my goal weight RANGE is 134-138. Currently bounce up and down between 136-138 with some higher spikes after holiday meals etc. wearing size 6 jeans, small dresses. Maintenance seems to be the hardest thing.. Way harder than loosing.. I guess because i no longer ave those drops on the scale as a reward for doing well... Now all i see are the normal weekly weight fluctuations... Ho hum boring...

    I'm 5' 6.5" and trying to maintain around 130 lb. I am switching focus to strength training and I'm sure my weight will change with that. The number on the scale really isn't my goal anymore.

    I am 5'6". My goal is .130-135# and 23% bodyfat. I am 134# right now. Focusing. Ore of body composition than losing weight.

    I'm currently 163 and wearing either either US size 8 or size 10 (I have wide hips so need a bigger size in trousers). I'm aiming for 150 so I'll be size 6/8. I wore that when I was 147 years ago, but I think I might be a bit smaller when I reach 150 than I was back then.

    I think my body fat is just under 30% now, so I'd be happy with 25%.

  • I"m shooting for a BMI of 20%. since I'm trying to get back into competitive master level sports That will put me somewhere between 131-135. Try targeting a BMI and then see how many pounds that would be. Just picking a number out of the air can be really arbitrary and might not be right for you. Shoot for a healthy BMI and go from there.

    My goal is 150, once I reach that I will see if I want to lose more. To me its not about what the scale says but how I feel when I look in the mirror.

    My goal is between 120-125 and I am just shy of 5'6". I used to weigh around 118, and while that was nice, at the age of 37 now I don't think I could acheive that in a healthy way.

    5'6" in my younger years I was 118lbs and swam 6-7 days a week ... now I am 175lbs and aiming to be 23%BF which should put me around (10 1/2 stone) 147 lbs (maybe lighter) and a size 8-10

    I'm 5'7" and a half...my goal is 180-190 for now. I started at over 300 and I'm currently 218. When I get to that goal, I may lower it, but I'd say I have a large frame so I don't want to be too thin. Plus I do not want to lose my boobs! :)

    I'm 5'7" and was hoping for 130 but have gotten hung up around 140 for months. Still working out and much happier with my weight. Maybe I will lose the last 10 and maybe I won't but regardless I feel better.

    My goal is set to be 125 but I am looking more at the body fat percetnage than the # on the scale. I want to be at 20% body fat max. Anything I can get below that would be great.
