Do you get your fruits and veggies at a farmer's market? I am going for the first time tomorrow. What kinds of prices should I expect? I'm excited to get lots of veggies for hopefully cheaper than the supermarket. Plus, I'm happy to help locals.

I bought a $6 non-digital scale today b/c I'm mad at my digital. The non-digi has me weighing 3 lbs less. Which should I believe? I weighed myself under the same conditions. Also, if my digi battery is dying, could it give false numbers?

Does anyone else have issues with their outer, upper thighs hurting badly during the workout and afterwards? I think it's from the courtseys (sp?). If so, what do you do about it? It's hard to walk or go upstairs.

I have some fat on my ab region (okay...probably a lot), but I feel like my abs are strong too. Is it possible to have a six pack or whatever under the fat? Is there really any way of knowing? (Now, I know my abs could be stronger, but I just had my third c-section 3.5 months ago. :smile: )

calories burned question (HRM)
I just did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3. I normally burn 500 calories in the 51ish minutes of the video. My HR is usually in zone for at least 45 of those minutes. Today, my HR was in zone for 33 minutes, and I burned 516 calories (more than usual). Anyone know of an explanation for this? Don't get me wrong...I'll take it, but…
