Do you do cardio one day & strength the other, or what's your weekly schedule look like?

it all depends on where you are in your journey.

some people need more cardio and less weights, some vice versa, some need a good mix of both, some like isometric, some like isotonic...blah blah... it's a very individual aspect. What are you looking to do? Are you looking to mainly lose fat, are you looking to mainly gain muscle tone, are you looking to mainly gain muscle mass, are you looking to gain endurance...etc?

Some of these goals are in stark contrast to each other, so you can't do them all at once, but if you know what you want, the we should be able to help a bit if you have questions about what to do.

I do 30-50 minutes weight lifting 4 days a week.
And try to do 2-6 miles running 5-6 days a week.

Well, I'd like to lose fat, but I also want long, lean muscles. I've been doing approx. 3-4 days cardio & 2 days strength training w/dvds (5 lb weights).
