I wanted to hear people's opinion on shakeology and if it's worth how ridiculously expensive it is. Seems tough to justify that much money on a shake? Crap!!!!!
I have messed up and binged the past 2 days and no workout!!! I can;t afford to gain back the weight! Do I eat small tomorrow and double my workout to make up for it and lower my total weekly caloric intake??? HELP I'M FREAKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't seem to get it right and I'm stressed out!
I can't seem to get the right calorie amount to eat to lose weight! I eat a lot and I gain weight, I eat 1600 calories and I maintain, I eat 1200 and I gain! What gives?!?!?!?! Anyone else been where I am?

Weighing your food....
I just got my new food scale delivered. Now my question is, when you are measuring out for example 6 ounces of chicken. Do you weigh the chicken (and other foods) before or after it's cooked? It may sound silly, but I am new to this :blushing:

These carbs are stressing me!
Ok so I was told that I need to lower my daily carb count...but just about everything has carbs! I really enjoy my Special K cereal for breakfast, but noticed that has about 26 carbs per serving, along with my Almond milk which has about 16 carbs per serving! It's very confusing to me....I understand that you take the total Carbohydrates minus the Fiber to get the Net Carb total, but then they throw in the mix with the Sugar Alcohols....Do you subtract Sugar Alcohols as well?
