Does anyone by chance know how to calculate the calories in something like Jimmy Dean's Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffin without the sausage?

Weird, I know, but I like the sandwiches without bacon or sausage on them :tongue:

    Try putting it in as a McDonald egg muffin. That sounds like the same thing.
