Does anyone have a product like this? I have a heart rate monitor for my workouts, but was wondering how you think these products work...Thanks!

    I have the Body Media Fit and I am happy with it. I was surprised to find out how many calories that I actually burn on a daily basis. I have lost consistantly since I have had mine.
