Anyone understand Atkins?

No, I am not following the plan, but I am trying to understand how to calculate Net Carbs. It's very confusing to me....I understand that you take the total Carbohydrates minus the Fiber to get the Net Carb total, but then they throw in the mix with the Sugar Alcohols....Do you subtract Sugar Alcohols as well?

Any help would be appreciated!
