UK low-calorie snacks
I've been reading through all of the threads and all of the yummy low calorie snacks mentioned seem to be American so it's difficult to find them here -.- anyone got any low-calorie snacks that can be found particularly in the UK? I'm tired of just eating fruit.

Is it just me or does anyone else get frustrated that the trainer's aren't posting workouts everyday anymore. Wide waist - Argh!
I'm on Day 28 of the 30 Day Shred and my waist is looking ridiculously wide. I'm so angry and upset - as ridiculous as that sounds. I wanted a smaller waist not a wider one. What to eat alongside chocolate Philadelphia
I have four mini pots sitting in my fridge at the moment and have no idea what to do with them. I couldn't just eat one with a spoon (I don't have enough of a sweet tooth) and I can't put half a pot or whatever on bread because i've given it up for a while.... i need help! (stuck at current weight)
I'm 5ft 5, weigh 131lbs, have a MFP calorie limit of 1200 like many others on here and do the 30 day shred 5 days a week burning 158 calories each time. I walk everywhere (to Sixthform and back 5 days a week - 20 minutes altogether if I walk at a steady pace, slightly less if I walk fast) but can't seem to lose any more…

eating too much?
Does anyone ever feel as though they're eating too much even though they've stuck with their calories? I keep looking at my diary thinking i'm eating wayyyy too much but haven't even gone over my calories :/
