I have four mini pots sitting in my fridge at the moment and have no idea what to do with them. I couldn't just eat one with a spoon (I don't have enough of a sweet tooth) and I can't put half a pot or whatever on bread because i've given it up for a while....

What do you people eat with it/put it on?

Rice cakes, ryvita crispsbreads. Digestive biscuit or swirled in some greek yogurt. Use it to dip strawberries in or put in oatmeal to sweeten it up.

Use it to dip pretzels, apples, and strawberries in... mix it in oatmeal, put it on a high fiber wrap (with or without bananas or strawberries)... I also get the flat bun things that are "flax and fiber" heat those in the toaster and put it in the middle and let it melt in... YUM! That is actually my evening treat most nights!
