When is your favorite time to work out?

I lost 60lbs last year and spent a few months feeling good about myself then I started seeing flaws again when I look in the mirror. I still need 30lbs off but I also realize I will never be done working towards a goal. If I could only get it together and back on track. I need my momentum back.

I'm still learning to run. I've been improving too which is exciting. Lol I aim for 5 or 6 days a week. I was wondering if that's the normal amount or if it's too much.

why do people like to be naked in the sauna?
I've been wondering this for a while. Lol After my workouts and weights, I want to go sit in the sauna. Helps sore muscles. It's wonderful when nobody is in there & I don't mind if anyone clothed is in there but when people naked want to be in there too it suddenly feels weird lol. So I'm curious now. Why do they do this?

Do you run with asthma?
So I have asthma and running can be difficult some days. I like to run anyways. I feel like my body can keep going but my lungs are the problem. It makes me feel like I can't breathe. Usually I slow down, catch my breath and then run some more. I'd love to know im not alone and to hear any tips. Thanks :)

Help! sometimes i feel like i am dragging through workouts.
Some days I feel great and get a great workout but other days I just feel like I am dragging through my workouts (zumba, dance, & water aerobics). I get so frustrated about it. Why does this happen? and what do I do about it?

I do Zumba twice a week and dance aerobics once a week but I get so frustraited when I have days that feel like i am stuck in slow motion. Most days i feel like i can keep up but the slow motion days makes me mad! Anyone know why that happens?

I have been sick with bronchitis for 3 weeks and having trouble getting rid of it. I have been through 2 rounds of antibiotics, which I hate, and just now starting to get over it. I love and hate birthdays!
So i just had a birthday!. Of course we went out to eat at yummy resturant and i ate too much! And then comes cake and ice cream! It was great at the time but afterwards i felt aweful and guilty for eating too many calories! Tomorrow is a new day though and will keep fighting to get healthier.
