After a good hard workout, what do you like to do? I like to relax in a sauna for a little bit.

Stretch, guzzle water, and then take the most glorious scalding shower to loosen any tight muscles.

shower until i'm overheated and about to pass out, then lay in bed with a fan blowing full blast on me while i contemplate life.

Shower and then eat or eat and then shower. I've never combined the two.

I cannot WAIT to get home after a hard workout to eat. Shower and relax are on the list, too!

Sauna, shower, then I usually have to go to class so get on my bike and ride there.

Shower then eat.. Always in that order. It helps to relax me and I feel clean of gym germs while eating. :-)

Depends on just how beat I am. If I'm not too bad, I'll hop into the shower. If I just finished a HIIT sprinting session though, I'm taking about 20 minutes in bed in front of my air conditioner first.

Hot shower is good, but hot bath with epsom salts is better.

My gym has a hot tub, so sometimes after lifting I'll hop in there for a bit. Feels amazing on sore muscles.

Usually I just go home and shower, inhale a ton of food, and lay comatose on my couch until I have to be productive again.

When I was full time employed, I'd crush a RTD protein shake, shower, fix breakfast, get my daughter out the door, and then 8 to 9 hours of work. Rinse repeat.

Clean, garden, yard work...after a long run walking around doing chores seems easy, and I'm energized! After I shower I love using magnesium oil on my legs for recovery. Rarely have sore muscles because of it.
