Ever feel like your dragging? what do you do? I am having trouble getting motivated today.lol

    I just push through it and make It to my work out, because I know that I will feel better after I crush some weights...

    every one gets that! sometimes when i get home from work.. around 8.30pm.. ill have dinner and dose off knowing that I need to train at 10pm.. when I wake up, I'm convinced I won't go. but then you think of what you want to actually achieve.....
    you fill yourself up with guilt and end up training !

    you can try the same? haha :)

    Usually I feel quite sluggish after work and the sight of the gym is frightening :D But after a bit of food and then putting on my favourite music, I get pumped up!

    I'm just counting calories, haven't worked out once. I'm sure if you adjust your intake you can skip a day.
