Hi everyone ive been on here for a while now doing jillian michaels workouts , and now ive got hyped up abaout insanity join me in starting this workout and we can motivate eachother :)

How do i log this workout?
what should i log insanity as.......i dont have a heart rate monitor and honestly dont plan on getting one so that is not an option right now....ive herad of mapmy run and that does seem pretty acurate....what does everyone else do?

i just dont feel like working out right now

hii has anyone done this one of jillians workouts before? i started today and wanted to know if anyone wants to join me, this workout is a fusion workout ...and it combines cardio intervals, with kickboxing, and yoga......its 35 minute workout on its own, and level one and two can be combined any takers?
