So i started fasting today for ramadan, this means no food or water from sunrise (4 am) to sunset (9 pm). i ate a light breakfast before sunrise and will eat again after sunset. making sure to drink lots of water, and will probably get my favourite jillian workout in around 11 pm. Still keeping the calories at 1200, and will eat healthy as i want to loose some weight/ inches of my body. any suggestions?

Ramadan Mubarek!! I don't have any tip/ideas because this is the first time I've been very active during Ramadan. I work out vigorously monday -friday and I'm wondering how I will have to change it up during this time. I will have to listen to my body for sure. In any case good for you! Salaams! :flowerforyou:0
