Adjusting Calories once in stage 2?
Does anyone adjust their calories (The Scooby Method) when switching from stage 1 to stage 2? I'm imagining since the workouts them selves seem longer ( and now I will be in the gym longer - Plus HIIT) does anyone re-eval your calories?

Too Much Exercise?
I've calculated my calories to be a bit over 1500, with "Moderate Activity" working out 3x-5x a week. I have a desk job. Sedentary. But when it comes to getting home, i'm a machine most days. What exactly should i be cutting from my diet? Sugar, carbs? And should i focus on BF % only when im at my goal weight? i still need to lose some more so i dont want to stay at this weight.

Logging Calories burned during strength training?
Do you count the calories you burn during strength training? I tried to put it in under strength training it just logs your weights and reps, not calories burned. i have a HRM which says i burn about 260 during my strength training (i mix my strength training up with isometrics and random pushups and situps)

Cardio without machines/ Light on knees
For the past month i have stayed away from treadmills and ellipticals and because of bad knees i have been trying to push my HR up and get some cardio doing basic moves with step box. Anyone have any cardio moves that can get that heart rate up?
